摘要
Background. This paper presents preliminary results of search for the reliable set of diagnostic tools for assessment of laparoscopic skills. Material and methods. The study group consisted of 80 students of the Medical Faculty Medical University of Lodz. Results. A statistically significant improvement in results of all laparoscopic skills tests was recorded after training. The results of laparoscopic skills tests were statistically significant correlation with evaluation of stereopsis and psychomotor skills. Conclusions. 1. The results suggest the possibility to select group of tests for assessment of laparoscopic skills. 2. Training using simulator allows to significantly improve laparoscopic skills. 3. According to the authors, there is a need for incorporate simulator training into the curriculum of the medical studies.
