摘要
:
We report on holes burnt in the excitation spectrum of an amphiphilic cyanine dye included either in a fatty acid monolayer or in a multilayer assembly. We investigated the temperature dependence of the hole width; in the multilayer stack it resembled that of 3D glasses, while the monolayer showed a large 'residual' width of 3 GHz at 1.7 K, the lowest temperature studied. This result confirms previous findings in resorufin monolayers and porphyrin multilayers. © 1990.
