摘要：
This paper discusses the profile of the teacher trainer based on the design of an organic university sustained by the philosophy of Johann Gottlieb Fichte. In the context of the crisis of the teaching profession, a profile of a teacher trainer based on the pedagogy of autonomy of Paulo Freire is defended, which proposes cognitive-instrumental, moral-practical, and aesthetic-expressive-relational-pedagogical knowledge as central to educational practice in teacher education.
