摘要
The pores in a microporous membrane can act as templates for the synthesis of polymeric and metallic microtubules. The tubules thus produced (see Figure) have monodispersed diameters and lengths and potential applications ranging from drug-delivery systems to microwave components and in electronic and opto-electronic devices.
