ROLE AND PLACE OF HEALTH-SAVING TECHNOLOGIES IN THE OPTIMISATION OF FITNESS AND HEALTH RECREATION ACTIVITY OF PUPILS IN MODERN SECONDARY SCHOOL

The role and place of health-saving technologies in optimization of fitness and health recreation activity of schoolchildren in modern secondary school are demonstrated. In article the relevance of health care problems of young people in Ukraine is proved. The expediency of introducing health care technologies in educational process in secondary school is defined. A number of social and psychological factors that lead to loss of health among children and adolescents are determined. The analysis of scientific approaches to the definition of the method of health-saving technologies is given; its semantic nature and structure are specified. In the article different scientific studies of domestic and foreign researchers who described such concepts as "health", "health care", "educational technology" are presented. Classification of health-saving technologies, as well as psychological and educational foundations of health care of students are presented. Analysis of effective approaches to improving the quality of health care in educational process at school is given. The authors developed recommendations for teachers in relation of optimization fitness and health recreation activity of schoolchildren on the basis of application the technology of health care.
