摘要：

In this paper, it is explained the utility of the attribute control chart, that belong to a quality tools set. Control charts can be defined as a statistical tool used for controlling processes and it allows to the people in charge of controlling a process to know the reasons of variation and, sometimes, to make predictions. We can classify Control charts, according to the characteristic to be controlled, in two big groups: Variable Control charts and Attribute Control charts.
