摘要
Having as object the phenomenon of international relations called "BRICS", which is producing trades and "fluid" connections of policies and legal rules among the new great emerging economies of this century (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa), the study aims to examine some of its possible constitutional implications, indicating the limits and possibilities of legal research on the issue from the perspective of Comparative Constitutional Law.
