摘要
The distinction between theoretical and practical philosophy derives from Aristotle and their systematic of philosophical disciplines. According to him, the scope of philosophy is divided into two major branches that are distinguished by their purpose: theoretical philosophy, whose ultimate and proper is simply knowing and practical philosophy, whose ultimate and itself is the act or making. The introduction of universal derivative method to practical philosophy involves a substantial alteration of the Aristotelian model to address the problems of ethics. Moral reasoning is topical type, ie its universality lies in the premise upon acceptance of the universal or general rule. The scholastic theological ethics applied to the specific model for the theoretical sciences, forcing the general rebuild of the Ethics locating it in a different context and although they lost some key elements of the original, instead he won others, which in did eventually prevail this model in theological ethics and philosophical ethics, of modern scholasticism. As an example of this accommodation is offered in two works analysis of Thomas Aquinas: the treatise De Legibus and pamphlet De Regno, dedicated to political issues
