SOLID-PHASE EXTRACTION AND LIQUID-CHROMATOGRAPHY ANALYSIS OF NITROFURAN COMPOUNDS IN MEAT

摘要
Nitrofurans were extracted from animal tissues with acetonitrile and clean-up by solid phase extraction (SPE) procedure. For dean-up C18 columns were used and retained drugs were eluted with acetonitrile containing 0.1 %(V/V) ammonia. The liquid chromatography (LC) separation was carried out on a C18 analytical column using acetate buffer and acetonitrile as the mobile phase and a UV-VIS detector. Recoveries from spiked muscles were above 80 %, and detection limit was 2 ng g-1 of tissue.
