摘要
Designs for sealed-off, air-cooled rf excited waveguide lasers with a circular bore are discussed. The devices are straightforward to manufacture and show good performance with respect to lifetime, efficiency, and mode purity. The design can be easily adopted to accommodate PZT and grating tuning.
