摘要：

The aim of the study is to analyze the sense of coherence - sensu Antonovsky - in patients with neuromuscular diseases. The results show, that subjects with neuromuscular diseases exhibit different values in the sense of coherence in comparison to subjects without any chronic disease. The results suggest that appropriate therapeutic interventional measures, strengthen the SOC of persons with neuromuscular diseases and thus activate the available health resources and serve as a catalyst in the therapy.
