摘要
Our search for the Mossbauer Effect in Ag-109 using the self-absorption method in summarized. Measurements have been made using two different Cd-109-doped single-crystal silver samples. In our method the silver K(alpha) and K(beta) x rays, as well as, the 88-keV gamma-rays are considered. The results are analyzed using the ratio of the number of x-ray to gamma-ray counts. A positive effect is observed.
