摘要
The effects of diaminodiphenyl, diphenylamine, and tetraaminodiphenyl on lipid peroxidation and the antioxidant protection mechanisms in subcellular fractions of rat liver cells were investigated Increased lipid peroxidation is important in the hepatotoxic effect of diaminodiphenyl and diphenylamine. This effect is due to a decrease in the protective action of the antioxidant system induced by intoxication with these aromatic amines. Tetraaminodiphenyl does not affect the rate of lipid peroxidation. Thus, differences in the structures of aromatic amines result in differences in the mechanisms of adaptation of the antioxidant system.
