摘要
Expansion of the production of highly effective greases is an important task in the national economy. Included in this class are anhydrous calcium greases (aCa). These greases differ from hydrated calcium greases in having better mechanical stability, a wider range of operating temperatures (from minus 50 degree to plus 110 degree C), and good stability in storage and service. In comparison with complex calcium greases (cCa), they are less susceptible to hardening when exposed to moisture and heat. The manufacturing technology in the production of aCa greases is simpler and has lower energy requirements in comparison which cCa or lithium (Li) greases. As a consequence, the aCa greases are 20-30% lower in cost than Li greases.
