摘要
In this article the educational aspects of the Spanish Organic Law 2/2002 on sexual and reproductive health and of the VIP (Voluntary Interruption of Pregnancy) are studied. Firstly, there is an attempt to clarify the notions of sex education, reproductive health education and "gender approach" and, then, define the role of the State and the parents' right for their children to receive religious and moral education in accordance with their convictions, in this critical and delicate area.
