摘要
Pentecostals and charismatics have a real interest in Spirit-hermeneutics because they seriously want to know what the Spirit is saying to the churches in our generation. Helping them in this regard are the dynamic interpretive practices of the Lord and his disciples. By means of them they were able to set texts free to become words of God in new ways. They became sensitive, not only to the historical meaning of texts, but to the promises contained in them. They read texts, not only with an eye to past meanings, but with an eye for the future.
