Inductive reflections on academic reception of protocol and ceremonial. From communication theory perspectives, under mainstream traditions, a selection of organizational communication theories related with protocol foundations in Spanish bibliography. Concludes with lines to develop protocol thinking as scientific field. And notes to implement communication theory with protocol experiences.
