THE HOUSEHOLD OF 4 GENERATIONS - NOSTALGIA OR THE FUTURE

Inspired by the title of the course and questions: What is normal? or What is the most natural environment the human individual is prepared to live in, during evolution, and probably in the future? the author considers the household of four generations as a self-evident answer. The reflection is concerned with the household rather then with the family whose members may not live together. The household is the framework and/or the reference for the environment the human species evolved in. This is the only element of a whole, the seed that contains the whole in biological, social, moral and economic aspects. Some factors underlying the present transition, roots of failures and future prospects of the household are considered as theses for further elaboration.
