ELECTRIC-FIELD AND CURRENT-INDUCED EFFECTS ON TUNNEL SPECTRA OF BI2SR2CACU2O8+DELTA SINGLE-CRYSTAL JUNCTIONS

摘要
We have observed polarity dependent reversible and irreversible effects of applied electric fields on the tunnel characteristics of Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+delta single crystal junctions. The characteristic times of the electric field-induced effects were of the order of several minutes whereas the equilibrium state recovery took several hours.
