摘要
The article presents a theoretical analysis of reflexive competence of future specialists and specifics of using the practice of supervision as a means of forming reflective competence in the professional training of future psychologists. It presents a theoretical analysis of the concept of reflexive competence, defines its role in the professional activity of the psychologist-practitioner. Reflexivity is an important indicator of the maturity of a personality in the development of competencies and important qualities that allows us to talk about the necessity of forming a reflexive competence of every modern specialist. Analysis of theoretical aspects of reflective competence allows us to consider it in the field of professional activity as a strategic component with integrative qualities. The result is an understanding of reflective competence as metacompetence, tracing its relationship with the values of the personality. It reveals the structure of the reflexive competence. It also considers the concept, objectives, forms and functions of supervision as a means of development of the reflective competence of future psychologists. A phased preparation for supervision, which includes lectures and trainings is required (work in pairs and threes, modeling psychotherapeutic situations, etc.) in order to form knowledge, practical skills of consultative, diagnostic and correctional work. Continuing professional self-development serves as a distinct feature of modern practicing psychologists. Training of psychologists should ensure the formation of a professional position, professional vision and forecasting in both the creation of diagnostic and remedial programs and during their implementation. This training includes not only the long process of mastering professional knowledge and skills, but also the provision of professional psychological counseling assistance and support in the form of supervision. Supervision as an integral part of professional training is a means of the reflexive competence of psychologists that leads students to a deeper and more meaningful process of professional formation and development, conscious combining of professional functions with their own behaviors and direct subjective experience.
