摘要
Changes in the silicate structure of vitrous volcanites under mechanical forces are investigated. Pumicite and perlite were used as samples and activation was carried out in vibration mill. Structural changes were followed by the measurement of specific surface, pore structure, oxygen volume, IR spectroscopic spectra, DTA curves, acidic and alkaline solubility, reaction with lime hydrate and calorimetric data. It was conducted that the usual morphologic changes are accompanied by the destruction of the vitrous silicate matrix and increase in the oxygen compactness. During long-term grinding periods, the recombination processes can also be supposed. Structural changes are accompanied by significant variations in the chemical properties.
