摘要
This paper presents a nonlinear stabilizing state feedback control for a dual excited and steam-valving system of synchronous generators via a backstepping strategy combined with a nonlinear disturbance design. The disturbance observer is used to estimate unavoidably external disturbances. The resulting controller is employed to stabilize the system stability and reject undesired external disturbances. In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed design, numerical simulation results are provided to illustrate that the presented control can improve dynamic performances, rapidly suppress system oscillations of the overall closed-loop dynamics, and despite having inevitably external disturbances, performs better than two conventional nonlinear control techniques: a backstepping design and an integral backstepping design.
