摘要：
Introduction and objective: Omalizumab is indicated only in moderate to severe asthma. Bronchial asthma can be associated with nasal polyposis. We reviewed the literature on the effectiveness of omalizumab in the treatment of sinonasal polyposis. Method: Narrative review. Discussion and Conclusions: Omalizumab may be an effective alternative treatment for patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with aggressive polyposis.
