摘要：

Acute appendicitis is a rare condition in neonates, with a high mortality. We report a preterm baby who presented with clinical picture of necrotizing enterocolitis, and found at laparotomy to have perforated appendicitis. (C) 2014 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
