摘要
The effect of an applied bias electric field on the temperature variation of Cphas been investigated. The results show a nonlinear variation of the transition temperature between the incommensurate and commensurate phase with the applied field (E). The changes in entropy and enthalpy decrease sharply with E up to about 8 kV/cm, which is the value of the remnant field, then gradually decreased. The activation energy U is estimated to be about 15.6 J/g. © 1992, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC. All rights reserved.
