摘要
This paper deals with the new model of geo-economic antagonism involving international and peripheral players since the beginning of the 21th century, focusing on the energy factor, its uses and its exploitation. Energy infrastructures from Central Asia to the Balkans and further to Western markets, connecting Asian and European zones, are a means and a tool of economic exploitation of parties involved, in an effort to achieve economic and political domination in both world and peripheral levels.
