摘要
The thermoremanent magnetization M(TRM) of the quasi-one-dimensional insulating spin glass FexGa1-xMgBO4 (x = 0.59-1.0) decays logarithmically in time, while the temperature-time characteristics of M(TRM)(T, t) can be described in terms of activated dynamics, scaling as T ln(t/tau(0),). The dependence of the relaxation rate S = -partial derivative M(TRM)/partial derivative ln(t) on temperature and Fe3+ concentration has been investigated.
