摘要
This paper considers several issues to be addressed in relation to the quantitative analysis of defect-related properties of BaTiO3. These issues will be considered in more detail in following papers in terms of defect chemistry and related electrical properties, such as electrical conductivity, thermopower and work function, as well as transport properties of BaTiO3 This set of papers involves a major collection of data, describing properties of BaTiO3, and their critical analysis.
