摘要
This is the Turkish translation of the work entitled "Libraries and Implementation of UN 2030 Agenda" published by IFLA. With this updated version which replaces the toolkit on Libraries and the post-2015 development agenda (January 2015), first, IFLA Action for Development through Libraries programme is explained along with the information on how to use this toolkit and the purpose of it. After the explanation of the timeline till 2030 under the heading "Understand the UN 2030 Agenda and IFLA's advocacy," under the heading titled "Understand how the UN 2030 Agenda will be implemented at the national level," national development plans, implementation process and government priorities is discussed by giving examples from other related processes such as Cape Town Declaration, Africa Union Agenda 2063: The Africa We Want, Open Government Partnership, The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), UN Regional Commissions, related development processes on climate change and financing. Additionally, there are other headings that explains the process, including, "Organise meetings with policymakers," "Monitor the UN 2030 Agenda and implementation of the SDGs," "Tell library users about the SDGs." It is believed that this toolkit will be useful for the people who are members of the Professional organizations such as, Turkish Librarians Association, University and Research Librarians Association, and Association of School Librarians to see the development and the change of the field universally. Also, this toolkit can be considered as a guideline by the relevant private and public institutions to plan their future activities.
