摘要
This article is the result of research conducted for the doctoral thesis entitled "Education and Learning Styles in Secondary Education. Relationship between Learning Styles and Academic Achievement in Physics and Chemistry", defended at the National University of Distance Education on July 13, 2011, led by Dr. Domingo J. Gallego and received excellent cum laude. This research reflects the objective of determining the Learning Styles of students in 4 th High School in four private centers as well as the preferences of those styles, whether pure or associated. After analysis of these styles, we proceeded to improvement in one of the centers, using a variety of teaching strategies. The aim was to improve Academic Performance of students in the center in Physics and Chemistry, as the Learning Styles are linked to Academic Achievement. Hence, by linking the various combinations of preferences for styles with satisfactory and unsatisfactory performance.
