摘要：
In the presence of supercritical fluids the threshold pressure for cubic BN spontaneous crystallization in conventional growth systems can be reduced down to 2.0 GPa, and with the use of seed diamond single crystals the pressure of cubic BN formation can be further reduced down to atmospheric pressure.
