摘要
his paper presents an analysis of the main factors that influence over Mental Health of young physicians of Peru from the moment of their education, the beginning od their professional activity and the consequences of labor stress. The main focus is in ne wellbeing from the perspective of human relations with their six main components: self-protection, self-steem, autonomy, abbility for planning success, enjoyment and intimacy (nutritious interpersonal relationships represented by respect, reliability and empathy). The paper proposes ways to cope with the existent difficulties. We consider important to think abouth these aspects because of the physicians are leaders in health teams and responsible to provide help and attention in the best conditions of their own mental health.
