ETHICS: A PRACTICAL, NON-TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE about the public property

This essay has been written in order to make a reflection on human behavior from the perspective of ethics and from the understanding of the practical knowledge about educational activity on the behavior of a specific social group characterized by certain association incapacity where collective responsibilities are not assumed but, rather individualists. This situation therefore demands, that the educational action on the field of ethics and morals, should be oriented to the development of a Moral Subject able to be committed with the construction of a self life project as well as a collective ethical project supporting the strengthening of the society where it belongs.
