摘要：
A study of 374 patients with ulcer disease, chronic gastroduodenitis and esophagitis allowed to distinguish three clinicoendoscopic syndromes (erosive-ulcerative, irrtated pylorus, regurgitating syndromes). Therapeutic endoscopic manipulations were carried out: transeophageal block of the vagal nerve, pricking of the ulcer with trimecaine, solkoseryl, oxyferriscorbone, trental and laser treatment. The results were favourable.
