摘要
Callus tissue from seedling explants (roots, stems, leaves) and adult plants (stems and leaves) of Artemisia douglasiana were cultured on a modified Murashige-Skoog medium. Friable calli were obtained only when the following growth regulator combinations were used: gibberellic acid plus 3-indoleacetic acid (IAA), gibberellic acid plus 3-indolebutyric acid (IBA), gibberellic acid plus α-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA). These calli produced dihydroleucodin (DHL) as the main metabolise which was determined by HPLC. Not all A. douglasiana calli have the same ability to produce DHL. Calli from leaves of seedling and adult plants produced the largest amounts of DHL. © 1982.
