Democracy and Governance in Village and City Council

Regional autonomy implemented in autonomous region means that every region has its own autonomy in administrating its own governance and to create centre of autonomy throughout the region. This condition is in favour to public's control towards regional administration and for regional government is to make them easier to decide public services for the society. In addition, the another advantages is to make public services can be attained in the closest level to the public, in politic, economic, general education, culture, security and to increase public participation to mutual progress.
