摘要
This study aimed to identify the disclosure level of innovation in product/service, process, marketing and organizational in the management report performed by the food economic industry's companies registered at BM&FBOVESPA. The data were collected in the RA of 17 companies, from 2008 to 2010, and examined by contend analysis. Innovations in production methods and distribution were more evident. It is concluded that the evidenced innovation level is relatively low, and, in general, is scattered in the RAs, no homogeneous, getting difficult its accurate identification.
