For the question about the invalid's sport in independent Ukraine

The question of this article is that in the civilized world moral climate is defined by the society's attitude to the invalids. Sport helps disabled people to swell the society. Authors analyzed the realization of Ukrainian invalid's rights. It was examining the influence of Paraolympian's achievements to the forming an image the country in the international field. It was doing the attempt to disclose causes of considerable sports achievements of Ukrainian invalids. Stereotypes of problems of Ukrainian invalid sports are outlined. Problems of improvement of position of invalids in Ukraine rise. Also attempt to draw attention to achievements and experience of invalids - paraolympians is made
