摘要：
The dissociation constants of six azo dye indicators were evaluated spectrophotometrically in 10-80% (v/v) N,N-dimethylformamide-water mixtures at 25 +/- 0.1-degrees-C, by applying an empirical pH correction. The acid-base behaviour of these indicators in the media studied is explained on the basis of electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions between the indicators and the solvent.
