OPTIMAL HEATING OF A SOLID BY A SCANNING HEAT-SOURCE FOR THE FINAL-STATE ESTIMATED BY LINEAR FUNCTIONALS

Sufficient conditions for the optimality of the basic types of the problem of optimal scanning heating control of a solid have been derived. If the final states of a controlled object are bounded by inequalities of linear functionals, the solution of the optimal control problem is reduced to the determination of a finite number of constants equal to the number of constraints. Computation of the optimal control for such types of simple problems has been illustrated with examples.
