摘要：
A case of posttraumatic psoriatic arthritis is reported. The pathogenic role of injuries is well demonstrated in rheumatoid arthritis but remains controversial in spondylarthropathies and poorly understood in psoriatic arthritis. Pathophysiological hypotheses, causality assessment criteria, and legal consequences are discussed.
