摘要：
We report a unique case of extrinsic ureteral obstruction secondary to a periureteral lipoma discovered during pyeloplasty for an apparent ureteropelvic junction obstruction. We discuss the importance of preoperative recognition of rare extrinsic causes of ureteropelvic junction obstruction.
