摘要
A systematic control of sample phase composition variation, performed vs. time and the annealing temperature (700 - 875-degrees-C) by X-ray powder diffraction, has enabled to distinguish separate processes and phases taking place in Bi10Sr6Ca12Cu15O48 sample and leading to formation of the 2223-type phase.
