摘要：

Religion within the field of Social Science is a human activity, psychosocial need, a need for meaning of things that human beings. The paper includes a brief history of how developed religion in Latin America, religion in Cuba, religion and health, religiosity and health in Cuba. Given the high standard of living achieved by our people, raising their culture as revolutionary conquest, we must never uproot the most indigenous to our traditions Cuban medical practice, can not and should not be separated from religion, the need to form their own culture. We must seek the right balance.
