Two cases of urinary leaks following total cystectomy and ileal conduit urinary diversion, which were treated percutaneously by interventional radiological techniques are described. In one case the urinary leak was a chronic clinical problem which had failed to improve following multiple surgical revisions, whilst the second presented acutely in a patient unfit for surgery. Both patients underwent staged procedures using well established radiological materials and methods, and a successful outcome was achieved in each case. Radiological management of urinary leaks following ileal conduit diversion should be considered as an alternative to surgery, in those cases where conservative methods fail.
