摘要
The effect of short-range order on the electrical resistivity in multicomponent solid solutions is studied by applying the model of Rossiter and Wells in which a spherical Fermi surface and s-s scattering mechanism are assumed. For the description of the state of short-range order in multicomponent systems a set of generalized Warren-Cowley parameters alpha(i)(XY) are defined, based on the same assumptions that were used in the earlier treatments of binary alloys, a linear combination between the short-range order induced resistivity and alpha(i)(XY) is obtained. The possibility of the experimental verification of the derived relationship is further discussed.
