摘要：
A method is described to generate sequence information of cDNAs that are differentially displayed after reverse transcription of mRNA and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification, Differentially expressed cDNAs are reamplified and sequenced directly by PCR amplification, The method is simple to carry out and reduces the time and effort usually required for cloning and plasmid DNA preparations, It is reliable, inexpensive, and very reproducible, It also provides identical sequence information to that generated from cloned cDNA.
