DEVELOPMENT OF EQUIPMENTS FOR LYMPHOCYTES ISOLATION AND CULTURE

In the present study, it was developed a system for isolation of lymphocytes from cervical lymph nodes and two filters; for esterilization of solution and culture medium. These equipments were made to permit prolonged studies on the regulation of the lymphocyte metabolism. The tests performed showed good results and so lymphocyte culture can be carried out quite inexpensively.
