摘要
In this paper, a maximum bound on the time delay uncertainty of a SLSO LTI plant with arbitrary poles and zeros in the open right half of the complex plane for the robust stabilizability of the plant employing an arbitrary stabilizing controller is obtained. The controller providing the optimum robustness is then derived.
