摘要：
Two simple codes are presented which both provide error correction and satisfy (d,k) constraints. Both are rate 1/3 trellis codes. The first is a (d,k) equals (1,3) code with 3 states and the second is a (d, k) equals (2,7) code with 4 states. The performance of these codes is compared to coding strategies which utilize separate error correction codes and modulation codes.
